A message from our CEO
The reason development goes wrong is not always a matter of technical skill alone. More often, rework and quality issues arise from gaps in understanding.
After working as an engineer in Japan, I moved to Canada, and for the past ten years I have been involved in development work across Canada, the United States, and Japan. Through environments that differed by country and by team, I experienced both successful projects and ones that did not go as planned, and I came to feel that development has common patterns that make it prone to failure.
I began to think that combining that experience with AI, which has advanced dramatically in recent years, could create a development flow with far greater consistency. With that in mind, I have refined DVER's development process while validating it through real client projects.
Japan's development landscape faces challenges such as a shortage of IT talent, multi-layered subcontracting structures, and legacy systems. We resolve this complexity through systems.
